So, alternate day fasting seems to be a viable dieting strategy for me. The fasting day is sometimes a bit annoying but when there is enough water available it is ok. And it is easier/more comfortable than doing calorie counting.
I am doing a meditation exercise which begins with that I shall think back about a time when I had to really laugh. I did that and moments later I just feel happy, smile from ear to ear and feel really good.
