I solved my LibreOffice-problem (setting a background image in the bottom left corner scaled and get it displayed correctly in presentation mode) by creating the presentation in another tool, saving it as pptx, then open it in LO. Now it works and can be edited. What the Bug?
After years and years of using Keynote I have to create a presentation in LibreOffice Impress. And it sucks even more than PowerPoint. Who would have thought that this is possible?

I am trying to find some laptop that has a max size of 11.6” and will run OpenBSD and it should be below 60€. It seems that I cannot March my expectations yet to what I find online. I also can’t understand why there is only the Pi-top as a laptop casing for the RPi.

I upgraded two servers from FreeBSD 10.3 with php5.6 to FreeBSD 11.1 with php7.1. Now the application running on the servers is nearly double as fast but needs half the RAM and produces half the load. Astounding.

I did it! After two weeks of search I finally solved my NFS-problem! I was so desperate. It wasn’t the NFS and some people owe me something because they always derailed me from the real solution.
I just did a mathematical proof where I was unsure when I started. Then I read in the forum of the math course which made me uncertain what to do. I read more stuff, I was even more unsure and in the end I used a solution which feels like “that’s too simple; it can’t be this one”
