Today we got a Switch2: Unpack, update (5-10 min), transfer data from an old Switch (20-30 min), go to e-shop and get Mario Kart World, download (30-60 min) → Start playing
I can’t get accustomed to this…I‘m old.
I was happy with gels from SiS, then I heard a talk about how many carbs you should ingest during longer runs. So I ordered from MNSTRY because I can’t stand Beta Fuel from SiS. And then I found out that Maurten sponsors the Berlin Marathon and hands out free carbs… next thing to test…gnah #running
Pace to heart rate gets better and better (5:36/km avg pace with 137 avg heart rate) Nice :) But my right foot hurts a bit. I hope it gets better and tomorrow I have a killer tempo run planned… #running

I switched from Kindle to #Pocketbook. Does anyone know if there is some way to send web pages to PocketBook like „Send to Kindle“? I am using iOS.
Update: something that works. The Send-to-Pocketbook-chrome extension used in Orion doesn’t seem to work.
