For some reason LibreOffice Impress always printed my A3-slide on A4 today in #Fedora. And when I tried to print the image directly it was also always on A4.
On #macOS it worked directly. I don’t understand why it didn’t work in #KDE even thoughh everything was set to A3 😔 #linux
I registered for my probably last race this year. The Berliner Nikolauslauf. I did the half-marathon there last year. This time I registered for the “Big 5” (26.8 km). 5 laps around d the Schlachtensee. It is a small run around a lake with a lot of wood. Only a couple of hundred of runners. #running
If I run aroundd 90km each month until the end of the year, I could make it a 1000km-year #running
Gerade habe ich das neue (Hör)Buch von Marc-Uwe Kling durchgehört: „Views“. Ein Thriller mit aktuellem Bezug, nichts für Kinder und ganz und gar unlustig; auch wenn es vielleicht ein paar kurze Lacher gibt. Ein wenig beängstigend.
Teils etwas vorhersehbar. Aber trotzdem empfehlenswert - 4/5.
Don’t use “Outlook (new)” in #Windows 11. I just did a tcpdump and looked also at my #mail servers when setting up an account in there. The mail client only spoke with Microsoft-servers, never with my mail-servers and I saw on my mail-servers only connections from Microsoft-IPs.
Today I joined the first time a training of an adult running group. Actually they are all triathletes. But Wednesdays is their running training
They were so fast…it was so hard and I am so exhausted. But it was fun! Definitely joining the next time. #running

Both of my sons really wanted to watch the soccer-game tonight.
One of them told me that he remembers now why he doesn’t like watching soccer: it is so boring.
The other one got up after 30 minutes and went to bed: “This is just too boring and I am too tired.”
Definitely my kids.
I am reading currently Chain-Gang All-Stars by Nana Kwame Adjektiv-Brenyah. It is a great bookk, hard to put away, it sucks you in more and more. But is so depressing and it gets more depressing the further you read.
I can imagine that it would make a great movie but it might loose its message.
