I just learned that there is a game called Bloodstained: Curse of the Moon that looks and feels like a sequel to Castlevania 3. It is pretty great on the 3DS.

This was a productive evening.

FreeBSD put up a CoC and the assholes came from the community or were unrelated but the “leaders” put up the CoC. I should have a look at Linux distributions and what they have done regarding CoCs and main people who cannot behave.

The edge of Microsoft and Apple is probably that you do not see core developers talking in an unfiltered way in a public space.

I bought last month and this month a couple of tutorials and it seems that it will take ages until I learned that stuff properly. But I really like those cardistry-moves (hello Flicker Shot) and prefer sleight of hand-magic far beyond gimmicky magic tricks.

Interesting thing about the world of magic and cardistry: I can’t find pirated videos and there seems to be an ethical consensus that you do not distribute content that wasn’t meant by the artist to be made public. Or I am too stupid to search but I like the ethics-thing better.

It just took ages for me to set up an Android-device for my child because I didn’t understand parental controls. At least it seems Google has now with Family Link its own app for that.
